Auston³ (Auston's Agentic AI) Consulting Services
Consultant, Current
My foray into agentic AI and its capabilities, taking a model agnostic approach. I built my own benchmarks and shipped multiple apps across platforms, building my own dev workflow on local and frontier models. Now offering consulting services to others.
MaxRetail Inc.

GovOS

Managed the Short Term Rentals pod with a rolling 12 month roadmap. Cut backlog hours by over 85% through agile process and collaborative sprint planning, and shipped ADA compliant WCAG 2.1 interfaces with a responsive UI toolkit.
JOOR Inc.
Integrations Manager -> Associate Product Management, 2021-2022
Started in integrations, onboarding clients end to end from sales kick-off to go-live across their ERP systems and their wholesale APIs. Moved to product to lead the Data Pod on a new GraphQL API, running stand-ups and unblocking the team across 5 time zones.
Info Directions Inc.

APPture LLC
Founder & Chief Wizard, 2012-2014
The idea that started it all: connecting my Surface tablet to my TV grew into an open, local-first platform where any device could cast to, control, and share with the others over peer-to-peer. OS agnostic across Windows, Android, iOS, Linux, and Mac. Never got the funding, but 15 years later Fable 5 nullified the need. Check out M.O.S.I.S below.
- Recipient of Rochester Institute of Technology's Innovation Grant
- 2nd Place in RIT's Shark Tank 2012
- Saunders Summer Startup 2013
Things I have built and shipped. Hope it serves as inspiration for you and proof of my capabilities.

ROI Calculator
Find the sweet spot between cost and performance.
While scoping the service offerings I needed a calculator for ROI on particular models and which hardware they run on, so I built it. Find the sweet spot between cost and performance, using cutting-edge open-source models to offset the API costs of frontier models.
- Models: compare open-source against frontier APIs.
- Hardware: see what a given model needs to run.
- Math: cost versus performance in one place.

A Custom Website
A small business site powered by a Google Sheet.
A small business site for owners who live in spreadsheets. They run on Google Workspace and Facebook, with no time to learn a new tool. So I built them a site powered by a Google Sheet: simple tables that automagically propagate to the web.
- Editing: owners update a Google Sheet, nothing new to learn.
- Freshness: daily specials and menus stay current.
- Reach: customers find them without Facebook.
